Charm gave us huge creative freedom to find compelling stories and to craft the format. They understood that leading with story and a subtle brand play would better help to grow the show.
Hosted by Canadian broadcast legend Nancy Regan, we drew on her skills as an interviewer to make our guests comfortable and to tease out the story.
We launched Season 1 in the late summer of 2020. Each episode would have a target duration of 25 minutes and be released weekly.
Given restrictions and the vast geography of Canada, we launched a show that would record remotely. We have since entered the fourth season of Canadian Love Map and have had the opportunities to highlight a vast array of different love stories from across the country. From a story of high school sweethearts to a bond between drag queens, we continue to explore the ways that connections of all kinds are integral to each and every person.

Charm Diamond Centres saw a massive benefit from the performance of the podcast, with the best day of lead generation from radio ads prior to the podcast being 25,000 hits to the website; the podcast generated 95,000 hits on its best day.
